• Vaangio is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other external factors.
• Delivery Time: 45min- 1hr
   

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can only be canceled before the restaurant confirms preparation.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.
• Vaangio is not responsible for food quality, as it is prepared by the restaurants.

• Vaangio acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for the food's quality, safety, or suitability.
• Any disputes regarding food must be resolved directly with the restaurant.
